Hmmmmm . . . . . . Ever wonder what makes him tick? Yep! I do sometimes too . . . . . . . . . It's a wonder - no . . . he's a wonder. A wonder to behold! Never ever in my whole entire life have I seen such a soul. Speechless. Yep that's it!

Cats are cunning little creatures. But when left to their own, without a responsible owner, they will reproduce over and over again. We have quite a few feral cats here in the neighborhood. Their are new people that are finding new little kittens and dropping cute and colorful flyers in all the mailboxes. "Adorable little kitten needs a new home!"

How can we teach the owners--that allow their house cats to wander--to neuter them???
